You can register a certificate as long as you are enrolled in the year of study the language is positioned in and only if:
- it is submitted to Language Center for recording within 3 years after sitting the international certification exam (2 years for TOEFL and IELTS, according to the provisions of the certifying agency);
- it is submitted by the graduation deadline relating to the completion of the study plan;
- the curricular language has not yet been passed and recorded
- you are not waiting for the grade communication of .the exam taken for the same language you want to recognize the certification for.
For Graduate program, if the written part of the exam has been passed and the exam session has not yet ended, you cannot register an international language certificate (N.B.: the exam session for the language ends after the oral exam – except for code 20637 – and grade recording).
You might have other deadlines set by other Services (ex. exchange programs requirements, scholarships, etc.): you need to ask for information at the relevant offices.
