You can register a certificate as long as you are enrolled in the year of study the language is positioned in and only if:
- it is submitted to Language Center for recording within 3 years after sitting the international certification exam (2 years for TOEFL and IELTS, according to the provisions of the certifying agency);
- it is submitted by the graduation deadline relating to the completion of the study plan;
- the curricular language has not yet been passed and recorded or if the written part of the exam has been passed and the exam session has not yet ended (N.B.: the exam session for the language ends after the oral exam – except for code 20637 – and grade recording).
You might have other deadlines set by other Services (ex. exchange programs requirements, scholarships, etc.): you need to ask for information at the relevant offices.
