No. Once a course is full, no further registrations can be accepted unless a registered student cancels their registration and a place becomes available.
You are advised to check the "Sign up for various activities" page in the yoU@B Student Diary regularly to see whether a place becomes available and, if so, complete the registration directly.
No other registration methods are available.
