The exclusion list is the list of students who cannot participate in the Language Center supplementary activities temporarily or permanently.
Students who register for a course but attend less than 25% of the scheduled class hours are placed on the temporary exclusion list. As a result, they are not allowed to participate in any other Language Center supplementary activities for two semesters: the semester in which they are placed on the list and the following semester. After this period, the temporary exclusion is automatically lifted.
If a student is placed on the exclusion list a second time, the exclusion becomes permanent. Students on the permanent exclusion list are no longer eligible to participate in any Language Center supplementary activities.
