The functionalities related to managing job opportunities are accessible from the Jobs menu.
To post a new job offer:
1. Select Job Postings and then Post a Job.
Note: If you do not see the "Post A Job" button scroll the page down.
2. Job Posting insertion
2.1 Duplicate and modify an existing opportunity: If you want to duplicate an existing opportunity, click on Show Archived, select the desired opportunity, and proceed with any necessary modifications.
2.2 Create a new opportunity from scratch: Select the type of offer, and if desired, you can make the company contact visible.
Next, proceed with entering the details.
Specifically:
- Work mode (in-person, remote, or hybrid)
- Compensation
- Job Title
- Job Description
- Functional Area
- Duration of the internship (only if it is an internship opportunity)
- Requirements: Provide details on the required qualifications
- Attachment: Attach any additional materials (leaflet)
- Location: Enter the name of the location where the work will be based. You can enter more than one work location.
- Publication date and deadline
3. Select the preferred methods of receiving applications and the type of information required (CV, optional cover letter, other relevant information).
The system offers various features for managing applications:
- Email: Allows you to receive applications at the specified email address.
- Accumulate online: You can collect applications through the platform.
- Other: Collect applications through the company website/external platform.
You can also request additional documents from candidates (in addition to the CV) by selecting the available options and providing details in the notes.
4. Publish the job offer: Click the Submit button.
By pressing the "Submit" button, the offer will be displayed to Bocconi University, which reserves the right to validate it within 3 working days.
After publication, the company contact will receive a confirmation email. In the event of the non-approval of an internship or placement offer, JobGate will send a notification email to the company.
Note: To ensure the validation of the announcement, it is important to pay attention to the completion of all mandatory fields, especially for posting internship offers:
Indicative start date of the internship: It should not precede the offer deadline.
Internship duration
Description: It should be clear, comprehensive, without abbreviations or acronyms. In particular, it should detail the internship program, the intern's tasks, and the knowledge, skills, and competencies that will be acquired.
