If I no longer occupy my accommodation and I want to cancel the assignment at a time not explicitly provided for in the cases of withdrawal, can I do it? Will I be reimbursed?

You can use your accommodation freely and not occupy it if you wish, however from an administrative point of view your assignment can be canceled only for the reasons and in the time windows explicitly provided for by the withdrawal and detailed here, as accepted and signed by you when applying for accommodation.
