1. Have you registered recently?
The information provided during registration will be further reviewed during a phone call within the next 5 working days following the email confirming your registration, conducted by the Employer Relations Office of Bocconi University.
Subsequently, you will receive a notification upon the activation of your credentials.
2. Have you not accessed the portal for a long time?
The account may have been temporarily deactivated as a precautionary security measure. To request reactivation, you will need to contact the portal's support at help.jobgate@unibocconi.it.
3. Did you change the password ?
In case of doubt, follow the password recovery procedure to recover valid credentials
4. Are you using the correct address to login ?
